Our team offers comprehensive advice in all areas of capital market law. As authorised representatives to the SIX Swiss Exchange, we have a great deal of experience with the issue of shares and bonds which also allows us to assist clients with structuring and implementing their equity or debt financing. Depending on the mandate, we advise the company (issuer) or the bank syndicate responsible for placing the shares or bond. In addition to this sometimes cross-border field of transactions, we support our clients in all regulatory issues related to stock exchange and capital market law. This includes advice on ad-hoc publicity, disclosure requirements (including disclosure of management transactions), accounting issues, insider rules, and the representation of issues in (sanction) procedures before the supervisory authorities.
