Legal Tech
At MLL Legal we embrace Legal Tech as part of our internal collaboration and communication tools, but also in our offering to clients, enabling clients to decide for themselves if and when they wish to seek tailor-made advice.
With an own department dedicated to Legal Tech and with a specialised team focussed on product generation in the Legal Tech area we intend to remain a trendsetter in converging law and technology the Swiss legal market. Legal Tech is already today part of our working environment in a number of ways:

Document library
We have created an extensive document library, of which many are automated, as a means to ensure a high level of quality in our work products throughout the entire firm, at the same time ensuring productive working in the interest of clients.

MLL-Docs
For firms or individuals who do not wish to involve a lawyer at every stage we have created and continue to create legal products based on Legal Tech to grant cost-efficient access to high quality legal documents. Obviously, we remain at all times available to support and advise on specific aspects if this is desired.

Implementing Legal Tech
We enjoy advising our clients and their legal departments in the implementation of Legal Tech within their organisations, be it solely to ensure state of the art license agreements for third party products, such as products using AI or big data, or to support in implementing proprietory tools in relation to compliance aspects, contract management, data privacy or other fields. We are happy to share our knowhow in document automation and process management with our clients to allow their organisations to benefit from Legal Tech.

NexGen Incubator
Finally, we are proud that our young lawyers have initiated the NexGen Incubator, bringing legal Information to the public through alternative channels, such as the podcast series «LexCast» or Q&A platforms.
