Nadine von Büren-Maier, M.B.L.-HSG

Nadine von Büren-Maier is a member of the firm’s board of directors.

She specializes in national and cross-border M&A transactions (share and asset deals) with a special focus on IP and Tech rich assets, private equity transactions, as well as reorganizations and restructurings. She also advises the clients on the incorporation of Swiss legal entities, corporate governance, commercial contracts and regulatory aspects related to exploitation of their business activities in Switzerland.

Nadine von Büren-Maier also assists clients on the protection and exploitation of their intellectual property (trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents), is in charge of the management of several trademark and design portfolios and advises the clients regarding IP related contracts such as assignments, license and franchise agreements, manufacture and distribution agreements, IT and software agreements, research and development agreements.

Nadine von Büren-Maier has particular experience in the industries of retail, fashion, food, cosmetics, healthcare and life science, hospitality, production and industrial sites, IT/Software, interior design, family offices and asset management, sports and art.

She is fluent in French, German and English.

Nadine von Büren-Maier is a member of the board of directors of several companies and foundations. In this capacity, she has specific experience as a member of several committees (audit committee, risk committee, etc.) She is also acting as liquidator of companies and executors will of estates.
