Profile

Camillo Devecchi is a Knowhow Lawyer and Senior Associate in our Corporate & M&A Team. In his function as Knowhow Lawyer, Camillo is generally responsible for the knowhow of our firm. This particularly includes the preparation, automation and maintenance of our legal document templates and our knowhow database as well as the transfer of knowledge by way of internal trainings. Camillo advises clients in corporate law matters and M&A transactions. He is fluent in German and English and also speaks French.

Before joining MLL Legal in 2016, Camillo worked in the Corporate/M&A department of another leading Swiss business law firm.
