Profile

Marc Baumberger is a member of the firm’s Corporate & M&A department. He advises privately held and listed companies on all types of transactions and corporate matters. He focuses on advising on cases with cross-border elements and on broad range matters for foreign investors and his particular experience includes investments by domestic and foreign private equity firms in Switzerland.

Marc Baumberger was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2017. He holds a degree from the University of Lucerne law school and a master’s degree from Columbia Law School (Columbia University in the City of New York).

He speaks German, English, French and Italian fluently.
