Alessandro De Vecchi is a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance practice group with a focus on transactional, financing, corporate, and regulatory matters. Alessandro is a CAIA charterholder.

Prior to joining MLL Legal in 2023, Alessandro has gained extensive experience as in-house counsel in the asset management industry.

  • Advised ADMETOS on the sale of ABC Dental AG, a full-service Swiss dental distributor
