Andreas Bossard is a member of MLL Legal’s Banking & Finance team. He advises clients on M&A and financing transactions, as well as corporate law matters.
Andreas Bossard was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2020. He holds a master’s degree from University of Zurich and Certificate of Advanced Studies in Forensics.
Prior to joining MLL Legal, Andreas Bossard worked as a Court Clerk at a District Court in the Canton of Zurich and as Chairman of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy and Lease Matters. Afterwards he worked as an associate for a boutique law firm in Zürich.

- Advising Novavest Real Estate AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, on its merger with SenioResidenz AG, listed on BX Swiss, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of the merger agreement, the delisting of SenioResidenz AG and the listing of the new shares on SIX Swiss Exchange, as well as all related aspects of the transaction
- Advising Meyer Burger Technology AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, on the sale of its subsidiary Pasan SA, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of the transaction as part of its ongoing restructuring, as well as all related aspects of the transaction.
- Advising Datwyler Group, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, on the acquisition of a 51% stake in Capsul’In, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of the transaction, as well as all related aspects of the acquisition
- Advising the Jebsen family on the carveout of the non-core business of Gearbulk and the partial sale of their shareholding to Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of the transaction, as well as all related legal and tax aspects
