Maud Udry-Alhanko ist Partnerin in der Privatkundengruppe unserer Kanzlei, der sie 2008 als Associate beitrat. Sie verfügt über einen LL.M. der Duke University (2005), hat das New Yorker Anwaltspatent (2006) und ist in der Schweiz zugelassen (2006).

Maud Udry-Alhanko ist vom Schweizerischen Anwaltsverband als Certified Specialist SBA für Familienrecht zugelassen und besitzt weitreichende Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen im Ehescheidungs- und Erbrecht, meist in einem sehr ausgeprägten internationalen Kontext. Zudem berät sie Unternehmer und vermögende Privatpersonen bei ihrer Wohnsitzverlegung in die Schweiz, oftmals mit komplexen grenzüberschreitenden Themen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Einwanderung, Immobilien, Steuern und Kunstrecht.

Maud Udry-Alhanko ist Mitglied der Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Darüber hinaus berät sie regelmässig schweizerische gemeinnützige Stiftungen und ist im Stiftungsrat diverser Stiftungen.
