Maud Udry-Alhanko ist Partnerin in der Privatkundengruppe unserer Kanzlei, der sie 2008 als Associate beitrat. Sie hat einen LL.M. der Duke University (2005), ist seit 2006 als Rechtsanwältin in New York und seit 2008 als Rechtsanwältin in der Schweiz zugelassen.
Als von der Schweizerischen Anwaltskammer akkreditierte Fachanwältin für Familienrecht verfügt sie über umfangreiche Erfahrung in Privatkundenangelegenheiten, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Ehe- und Nachlassplanung sowie Scheidung und Erbschaft. Ihre Tätigkeit ist häufig von einer starken internationalen Dimension geprägt. Sie berät Unternehmer und vermögende Privatpersonen bei ihrem Umzug in die Schweiz und befasst sich mit komplexen grenzüberschreitenden Fragen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Einwanderung, Immobilien, Steuerrecht, Trusts und Kunstrecht.
Parallel zu ihrer Tätigkeit im Privatkundensektor spielt sie eine strategische Rolle bei der Beratung von Organisationen zur Konzeption und Umsetzung von Whistleblowing-Richtlinien und leitet interne Untersuchungen in multidisziplinären Teams.
Maud Udry-Alhanko ist Mitglied der Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Darüber hinaus berät sie gemeinnützige Stiftungen und ist Mitglied im Stiftungsrat diverser Stiftungen.
