Im Rahmen der Diplomfeier des 30. LL.M.-Studiengangs Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht der Universität Zürich vom 6. MLL Legal advised RM Equity Partners (RMEP) on its acquisition of Digital Heaven GmbH, a Swiss e-commerce company active in the vape and e-cigarette sector. RMEP acquired the company from its three founders as part of its strategy to further expand its portfolio of digital consumer businesses.
