MLL Legal advised Culligan regarding a double merger of Primo Water Business EMEA company Eden Springs (Switzerland) SA and previously acquired Atlis AG into Culligan Switzerland SA
MLL Legal advised Culligan, international leader in sustainable water solutions and services, in the integration process of Primo Water EMEA business Eden Springs in Switzerland by its merger into Culligan Switzerland SA, along with a parallel merger by absorption of previously acquired Swiss water treatment company Atlis AG and in a subsequent group internal reorganisation.
The transaction was led by Nadine von Büren-Maier, Partner MLL Legal (M&A corporate, commercial), and included MLL team members Loïc Herinckx and Olivier Avenel (both M&A corporate), Elio Correia-Fonseca (employment), as well as Arnaud Martin, Partner MLL Legal, and Gianni Fera (both tax).
