Reinhard Oertli ist für eine Vielzahl von Mandanten, vor allem im Bereich Telekommunikation und Medien tätig. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Internet- und Cross-Technologie-Lösungen. Er vertritt Mandanten in Verwaltung-, Gerichts- und Schiedsverfahren und ist regelmässig als Schiedsrichter (Mitschiedsrichter und Obmann) tätig. Reinhard Oertli wirkt bei der Entwicklung und rechtlichen Strukturierung von Geschäftsmodellen im Bereich Neuer Technologien mit und berät Mandanten bei Softwareprojekten und im Bereich der Datenwirtschaft.
