Reinhard Oertli selected for inclusion in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework List of Arbitrators
The American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution announced that Dr. Reinhard Oertli had been chosen for inclusion on the List of Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Arbitrators as attorney admitted to practice law in the United States and expert in U.S. privacy law and Swiss data protection law.
The List of Arbitrators was developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Swiss Administration as part of the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for adjudicating disputes between individuals and organizations qualified under the Data Privacy Framework.
