Reinhard Oertli selected for inclusion on the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield List of Arbitrators
On 15th October 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that Dr. Reinhard Oertli has been selected for inclusion on their List of Arbitrators.
The List of Arbitrators has been developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Swiss Administration as part of the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, more specifically under its Annex I Binding Arbitration Program.
