MLL Legal advised Groupe Saretec, a French loss adjuster, in the acquisition of GreenTriangle SA, a Swiss start-up specialised in the digital management of agricultural claims and the development of parametric solutions based on satellite data. This strategic move enables Saretec to strengthen its support for the agricultural sector in the face of the challenges posed by climate change.
