MLL Legal advises RM Equity Partners on the acquisition of Digital Heaven GmbH
MLL Legal advised RM Equity Partners (RMEP) on its acquisition of Digital Heaven GmbH, a Swiss e-commerce company active in the vape and e-cigarette sector. RMEP acquired the company from its three founders as part of its strategy to further expand its portfolio of digital consumer businesses.
Through its online platforms shisha-heaven.ch and vape-schweiz.ch, Digital Heaven serves customers throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Following the transaction, the company intends to continue investing in its product offering, logistics infrastructure and customer experience. The founders will support the transition process and remain involved in an advisory capacity.
