Vital Lüthi

Vital Lüthi is an associate in the Corporate & M&A practice group in our Zurich office. He advises privately held and listed companies, financial investors, entrepreneurs and start‑ups on domestic and cross‑border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters. His work in particular includes buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, venture capital investments, management buyouts, succession solutions and financing rounds.

In addition to his corporate practice, Vital advises on employment law matters. This includes the implementation of employee participation schemes (including ESOPs, VSOPs and other incentive plans), executive agreements, compensation matters and employment‑related aspects of corporate transactions.

Vital was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2023 and studied law at the Universities of Zurich and Hamburg. He began his career at MLL Legal as a student employee and later as a junior associate. Before rejoining the firm as an associate, he gained further experience as a legal employee at a large business law firm in Zurich and with several companies in the financial services sector.
