Chloé Corger, LL.M.

Chloé Corger is a member of the Corporate & M&A team in our office in Zurich. Her practice focuses on M&A transactions, restructuring of companies and general corporate matters.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg, a Master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich, a Master’s degree in commercial and corporate law from the University of Maastricht and a Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice from the University of Geneva (ECAV).

She is fluent in French and English and has a very good knowledge of German.
