Senior Associate Promotions Q1 2023: 8 associates have stepped up the MLL Legal career ladder
We are very pleased to announce that Daniel Donauer, Philipp Falk, Alexandre Fokiadès, Yannik Hässig, Matthias Leemann, Michael Schüepp, Andrea Viest and Stefan Wandel have been promoted to Senior Associates. We are proud to offer our young associates a career path that values and develops their great talents. In return, we are full of appreciation for the impressive level of dedication and expertise they give back to MLL Legal. Our new Senior Associates are no exception, so congratulations to each one of them on this important achievement!
Daniel Donauer practises in our Product Regulation, Intellectual Property and Litigation & Arbitration groups. He focuses on regulatory issues and advises clients in the fields of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, foodstuffs and controlled substances.

Philipp Falk works in our Corporate and M&A team. His main areas of practice include corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and real estate & construction.

Alexandre Fokiadès is a member of our Private Clients group. His expertise includes complex cross-border inheritance disputes, estate planning and immigration law.

Yannik Hässig‘s practice focuses on international and domestic corporate and commercial Litigation & Arbitration, including attachment, enforcement and international legal assistance proceedings.

Matthias Leemann is part of our Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation as well as international and domestic arbitration.

Michael Schüepp supports our ICT & Digital group and has wide-ranging experience in legal matters regarding the design and implementation of internet and e-commerce activities.

Andrea Viest‘s practice focuses on Corporate and M&A and includes employment law, general contract law and the support of technology-based projects, in particular in the field of Blockchain/DLT.

Stefan Wandel is a member of our Banking & Finance department, focussing on Swiss and international banking, insurance and financial market laws as well as corporate and commercial matters.
