Senior Associate Promotions: Congratulations to Andreas Bossard, Noemi Bünter and Alessandro De Vecchi

Andreas Bossard is a member of MLL Legal’s Banking & Finance and Corporate | M&A practice groups. He advises clients on complex M&A and financing transactions, as well as on a broad range of corporate law matters.

Alessandro De Vecchi is a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance and Corporate | M&A practice groups, focusing on transactions, finance, and asset management. A CAIA charterholder with an LL.M. from UC Berkeley, he brings strong legal and financial expertise to complex corporate and financing matters.
