MLL Legal advises DentaCore Group on the acquisition of Adent Cliniques Dentaires
MLL Legal advised DentaCore Group on its acquisition of Adent Cliniques Dentaires from European Dental Group, a portfolio company of Nordic Capital. The transaction was signed and completed on 3 November 2026.
DentaCore acquired 100% of the shares in Adent Holding SA. With 24 dental clinics, two dental laboratories and approximately 500 employees, Adent is one of the leading dental groups in French-speaking Switzerland.
The acquisition expands DentaCore’s network to 91 locations across 19 cantons and establishes DentaCore as Switzerland’s largest dental platform, with a presence across both German- and French-speaking Switzerland.
Founded in 2021, DentaCore has rapidly developed into Switzerland’s leading dental platform, combining a strong network of locally established dental practices and laboratories with a shared platform providing central services and supporting continued growth. The acquisition of Adent marks another important milestone in DentaCore’s swift growth strategy.
MLL Legal acts as DentaCore’s strategic Swiss legal partner since the group’s incorporation and advised DentaCore on all legal aspects of the transaction.
