Karim Steiner

Karim Steiner is a member of our Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance teams in our Zug and Zurich offices. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law, advising both private and publicly listed companies on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. He also advises on corporate governance and real estate matters and provides notarial services as a notary public of the Canton of Zug.

Before joining MLL Legal, Karim gained significant experience at a leading commercial law firm in Zurich and Zug, as well as at a forensic law firm in Lucerne. He also worked at the District Court of Hochdorf and co-founded a start-up offering legal services.

Karim holds a Master of Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Lucerne, as well as a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Finance from the University of Zurich. He has also completed Certificates of Advanced Studies in M&A and Corporate Law and in Valuation and M&A, also from the University of Zurich.

He is fluent in German and English.
