Karim Steiner

Karim Steiner is a member of our Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance teams at the Zug office. His practice specializes in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law, where he advises both private and publicly listed companies on a wide range of transactions. Additionally, he offers counsel on corporate and real estate law matters and provides notarial services as a certified notary public of the Canton of Zug.

Before joining MLL Legal, Karim gained extensive experience at a leading commercial law firm in Zurich and Zug, as well as in a forensic law firm in Lucerne. His also worked at the District Court of Hochdorf and was a co-founder and co-managing director of a start-up providing legal services.

Karim holds a Master of Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Lucerne and has earned both a Certificate of Advanced Studies in M&A and Corporate Law and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Valuation and M&A from the University of Zurich.

He is fluent in both German and English.
