Karim Steiner

Karim Steiner is a member of the Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance teams at our Zug office. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate law. He assists private and listed companies in all types of transactions as well as in corporate and real estate law matters and also provides notarial services as a notary public of the Canton of Zug.
Before joining MLL Legal, Karim Steiner gained valuable experience in a leading commercial law firm in Zurich and Zug as well as in a forensic law firm in Lucerne. He also worked at the District Court of Hochdorf and was co-founder and co-managing director of a start-up for legal advice.

In addition to his Master of Law from the University of Lucerne (summa cum laude), Karim Steiner holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in M&A and Corporate Law from the University of Zurich.

Karim Steiner is fluent in German and English.
