Karim Steiner

Karim Steiner is a member of our Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance teams, based in our Zug and Zurich offices. He advises private and publicly listed companies on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, and financial transactions. As a notary public of the Canton of Zug, he also provides notarial services.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Karim worked at a leading law firm in Zurich and Zug, as well as at a forensic law firm in Lucerne. He further broadened his professional background through a role at the District Court of Hochdorf and as co-founder of a start-up providing legal services.

Karim holds a Master of Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Lucerne and a Master of Advanced Studies in Finance (summa cum laude) from the University of Zurich. He also earned a Certificate of Advanced Studies in M&A and Corporate Law from the University of Zurich.

He is fluent in German and English.
