Olivier Avenel

Olivier Avenel is an associate in our Corporate and M&A team at the Geneva office. His main areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance as well as Insolvency & Restructuring.

Olivier Avenel advises Swiss and international clients on all types of transactions and corporate matters, whether domestic or cross-border, including private equity and venture capital transactions, business transfers, restructurings, relocations as well as post-merger integration.

In addition, he provides support in setting up companies and corporate housekeeping as well, and assists private companies, family offices and start-ups in
dealing with commercial, contractual and corporate matters.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, Olivier Avenel worked as a Junior Associate in a top-tier corporate boutique law firm in Geneva.
