MLL Legal advised Adnovum, a leading Swiss provider of digital business solutions, on its strategic acquisition of the Swiss IT consulting and engineering companies ISPIN AG and Koch IT AG.

With the acquisition of the two companies, Adnovum expands its current cybersecurity offering with a Swiss-based Security Operating Center (SOC) that is well established in the market. In addition, it strengthens its expertise and capacities in managed security services and system engineering as well as in the development of customized software for the private and public sectors.
