Gabriel Meier

Gabriel Meier is a Counsel of the firm’s corporate and M&A department. Furthermore, he is a member of MLL Legal’s ICT & Digital practice group and co-leads the industry group MLLStart!

His main areas of practice are the provision of advice to national and international clients on the sale and acquisition of Swiss companies (M&A), the setting up of strategic partnerships and the support of investors or start-ups in the process of financing rounds in connection with investments in Swiss target companies. The majority of his clients are active in the technology sector or the digital economy.

His client base includes corporations and their owners, venture capital funds, start-up companies and their founders. Over the past decade, Gabriel has been the responsible attorney-at-law for numerous transactions, acting on both the sell-side and buy-side. He has advised national and international clients throughout the entire M&A process, as well as in different investment rounds and general corporate matters. Gabriel studied in Zurich and Geneva and was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2012. Prior to joining MLL Legal, he gained experience at a boutique law firm, specializing in M&A and commercial law and as an attorney-at-law in the corporate and M&A department of a Big Four firm in Zurich.
