MLL advised Nexira SAS in its acquisition of the Swiss company Unipektin Ingredients AG
Nexira SAS, world leader in natural plant-based ingredients for the food, nutrition and health industries, acquired Unipekin Ingredients AG, a specialist natural ingredients for the food industry.
This acquisition consolidates Nexira’s position as key player in the industry and is fully consistent with its external growth and diversification strategy.
MLL advised Nexira SAS in this acquisition.
