Profile
Denise Läubli is a senior associate practicing in the corporate team in Zurich. She advises clients on real estate, construction and rental law matters, including real estate transactions and property developments, as well as on M&A and general corporate law matters.
Before joining MLL, Denise Läubli worked with a law firm specialized in real estate and construction law, where she gained considerable experience in advising as well as representing individuals and entities before all Swiss courts and authorities. She is fluent in German and English.
