MLL advised FTX Crypto Exchange, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, on the establishment and launch of FTX Europe, thereby assisting the company in its global expansion. With the company’s European headquarters in Switzerland and its regional EU/EEA headquarters in Cyprus, Europeans are now able to use FTX’s industry-leading trading platform. Dr. Kilian Schärli will act as secretary of the board of FTX Europe.
