Profile

Sergio Bortolani is a member of the firm’s corporate department. His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and general corporate matters. He advises privately held and listed companies in all types of transactions and corporate matters. He also advises clients in employment law with a focus on executive compensation and employment-related matters in the context of takeovers, business transfers and restructurings. Finally, he supports clients in implementing financial recovery and restructuring plans.

He holds a master of laws from Columbia University, New York, and is fluent in German, English and Italian.
