MLL Legal advised Alixio Group on dual acquisition of von Rundstedt & Partner Switzerland and OTP Group
Alixio Group, an Ardian-backed French HR consulting and operational services network, has expanded its European presence with the acquisition of two leading Swiss HR firms: von Rundstedt & Partner Switzerland and OTP Group (Organisation & Training Partners).
With these transactions, Alixio Group consolidates its position as the largest provider of HR consulting and services in Switzerland. Von Rundstedt & Partner Switzerland is a major player in HR consulting and outplacement services for large private-sector clients, while OTP Group is a market leader in public-sector outplacement across Switzerland’s main Cantons. The acquisitions support Alixio’s strategy of building a balanced portfolio of recurring private and public clients, with long-term commitments and an integrated HR offering.
MLL Legal advised Alixio Group on all legal aspects of both transactions, in particular including the structuring of the transactions, the due diligence and the preparation, negotiation and signing/closing of the agreements.
