Norina Ferrari works as an attorney and notary public in our Corporate and M&A Team. Her principal areas of work include mergers and acquisitions, contractual law, notary services, DLT and crypto currency. She advises national and international clients.
Before joining MLL Legal in 2023, Norina Ferrari achieved her bachelor’s and master’s degree at HSG in St. Gallen. She gained experience at the Zurcher Kantonalbank and worked for the Courts of Nidwalden and a lawyer in Zug.
