Dr. Luca Ruggiero

Luca Ruggiero’s practice focuses on competition law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and international arbitration. He represents and advises clients on all aspects of these fields.

Luca Ruggiero is an associate as part of the Corporate / M&A and Competition teams. Before joining the firm, Luca Ruggiero passed the bar in the canton of Vaud, focusing his practice on competition law, by obtaining a PhD from the University of Zurich, and on international arbitration, by completing a CAS at the University of Lausanne. In parallel to his studies, Luca Ruggiero worked for 5 years as a clerk at the Lausanne District Court, acquiring extensive experience in judicial matters.
