Dr. Luca Ruggiero

Luca Ruggiero’s practice focuses on employment law, domestic and international litigation/arbitration matters and competition law. He represents and advises clients on all aspects of these fields.

Luca Ruggiero is an associate of MLL’s Employment Law and Arbitration/Litigation teams. Prior to joining MLL, Luca Ruggiero passed the bar in the Canton of Vaud, focusing his practice on competition law and obtained a PhD from the University of Zurich. He also completed a CAS at the University of Lausanne. In parallel to his studies, Luca Ruggiero worked for five years as a clerk at the Lausanne District Court, gaining extensive experience in judicial matters.
