Landmark Victory Before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court
Thierry Amy and Luca Ruggiero have achieved a landmark win before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court (BGer).
The Court held that the former CEO of a banking and financial group breached his duties of loyalty and confidentiality by disclosing confidential information to a journalist and, in a rare finding, recognized reputational damage as well as the causal link to the harmful disclosure.
