Lisa Weihser

Lisa Weihser is a junior associate at the firm’s Baar office. She supports MLL Legal’s partners and associates in a wide range of legal fields.

Prior to joining MLL Legal, she was the manager for legal and regulatory affairs at the Swiss Trading and Shipping Association in Geneva where she dealt with commodity trade finance, shipping and sustainability related topics. She also worked as a compliance officer in the Swiss financial industry and as a legal trainee at the legal department of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) in Brussels.

She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands (2012), a Bachelor of Law from UniDistance Switzerland (2021) and a Master in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute (2017). During her studies, she worked as an external expert in nuclear disarmament at the Permanent Representation of Germany to the United Nations and the Geneva Center for Security Policy (GCSP).

She is fluent in German, English and French.
