Profile

Andrea Schaeffler is a senior associate of the firm’s IP team in Zurich. She represents and advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property and unfair competition law, with a focus on trademark, copyright and design law.

Prior to joining MLL Legal 2021, she worked as an associate at a law firm in Zurich and as a research assistant at the Institute for Economic Law at the University of Bern, while writing a dissertation in trademark law. Since 2018, she is a case editor for the Swiss journal for Intellectual Property, Information and Competition Law (sic!).
