MLL Legal advises the Tinubu group on the acquisition of key assets from the Innoveo group, expanding the Tinubu’s product portfolio and strengthening its leadership in cloud software for specialty insurance. The Tinubu group is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions in the insurance industry and is backed by private equity firm Long Arc Capital.
