Dr. Dario Buschor

Dario Buschor is a member of the Corporate and M&A team in our Zurich office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as all aspects of corporate and contract law.

Dario advises private and publicly listed companies on transactions of all kinds, acting for both buyers and sellers, and provides counsel on a wide range of corporate law matters.

During and after his studies, Dario worked at various law firms, in legal and compliance departments, and at the Cantonal Court of St. Gallen. He also served as Assistant Dean of a law faculty in Brazil and taught at various universities and continuing education institutions in Switzerland and abroad.

Dario has been admitted to practice as an attorney and notary public in Switzerland since 2021. He holds a Master’s degree and a Doctorate from the Law School of the University of St. Gallen, as well as an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.
