MLL Legal in collaboration with Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte advised Mirus Software AG, a Swiss market leader for software solutions in the hospitality industry, which is part of the Austrian group Alpha VCX active in IT and software businesses, in an asset deal concluded with Prognolite AG. Mirus Software AG thus strengthens its focus on AI by acquiring an innovative AI driven software for the planning and evaluation of staff resource planning as a further software solution in its product range.

The transaction was led by Nadine von Büren-Maier, Partner MLL Legal (M&A corporate, commercial/IP), and Christian Pindeus, Partner Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte (M&A corporate), and included MLL team members Selina Bruderer and Norina Ferrari (both M&A corporate, public notary), Polia Rusca (employment), as well as Michael Reinle (ICT).
