MLL Legal in collaboration with Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte advised Austrian holding company Alpha VCX with focus on participations in IT and software businesses regarding the acquisition of Swiss company Mirus Software AG, a Swiss market leader for software solutions in the hospitality industry.
