MLL advised CALIDA GROUP in its acquisition of erlich textil
MLL advised CALIDA GROUP, a global clothing group, with regard to the strategic acquisition of erlich textil. The German based company stands for underwear products manufactured in Europe from top-quality textiles made from organic and renewable materials since 2016. As a direct-to-consumer brand, the company is committed to diversity, inclusivity and feeling good in one’s own body.
With the acquisition of the young brand, CALIDA GROUP continued to expand its strong market position in the underwear sector. At the same time, the acquisition of the online retailer strengthens Calida Group’s pioneering role in the growth areas of sustainability and e-commerce.
