MLL Legal advises seller on the sale of Roger Truan SA to the DIAM group.

Founded in Geneva in 1960, Roger Truan SA is a well-established company specializing in the manufacture of high-end showcases, in the watchmaking industry. Over several decades, Roger Truan SA has built a strong reputation for its quality craftsmanship and bespoke solutions, serving leading names in the luxury sector.

DIAM is a major international group, globally active in beauty and luxury, with a focus on Merchandising, Shopfitting and High end packaging.
