MLL Legal advises Paini S.p.A. Rubinetterie (“Paini”) on its acquisition of KWC Home
Paini has reached an agreement with KWC Group, a portfolio company of funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe for the acquisition of KWC Home.
KWC Group, a premium designer, manufacturer and system provider for sanitary room equipment, fittings and water management systems, is selling its home division to the Italian sanitary specialist Paini. Paini is a big manufacturer of a wide range of designer taps – mixers, bathroom accessories and ship-building industry, kitchen, bath and shower associated products. The acquisition will allow Paini to complete its positioning in the high-end segment.
