Profile

Romina Brogini’s practice focuses on public and civil litigation and arbitration with a special focus on real estate transactions.

She advises clients on all aspects of construction and public procurement law and regularly assists companies in complex public tender procedures. Romina Brogini also acted as counsel in a number of competition law proceedings before competition authorities and civil courts and advised clients in several sport-related arbitrations under the TAS/CAS-Rules and in related annulment proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court.

  • Represented one of the world’s leading specialty chemical companies in a complex arbitration proceeding regarding a contractual dispute with a Saudi Arabian company;
  • Advised a large fuel energy provider in the sale of an industrial plant located in Switzerland and advised on various complex legal questions in connection with the clean up of the land plot where the industrial plant was located
  • Advised a cantonal authority in a complex contaminated site procedure, including the issuance of a cost allocation order and the securing of a claim against the polluter of the contaminated site
  • Represents a SME company in a civil litigation regarding a complex contractual dispute in connection with the planning and construction of a facade solar system
  • Advised a teaching material manufacturer in various competition law and public procurement law questions in connection with the manufacturing, sale and distribution of teaching materials
  • Advised and represented Nikon AG in an investigation of the Swiss Competition Commission for restriction of parallel imports and represented Nikon AG in its appeal against ComCo’s fine to the Federal Administrative Court.
