Kilian Baumgartner

Kilian Baumgartner is a Senior Associate in MLL Legal’s Employment Law & Social Security group and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team in Geneva.

Kilian advises Swiss and international companies, startups, associations, public bodies and employees, on a broad range of employment law and HR-related matters, such as employment agreements, internal policies, incentive plans, termination and severance packages, and immigration. He represents companies and individuals before all Swiss courts and authorities.

Before joining MLL Legal, Kilian gained extensive employment law experience at boutique firms in Geneva and Lausanne, advising both employers and employees on complex matters and representing clients in litigation. He also served for four years as an auxiliary law clerk at the Geneva Labour Court.

Kilian holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Data Protection and regularly advises clients on data protection and cybersecurity matters, particularly where these intersect with employment law.

He is fluent in French and English.
