Double win for MLL Legal at the IFLR Europe Awards 2025
We are delighted to announce that MLL Legal has secured two awards at the 26th annual IFLR Europe Awards, which took place last night in London. Out of six distinguished nominations, our teams emerged as winner in the following categories:
- M&A Deal of the Year – Arçelik – Whirlpool JV
- Tech Innovation Award – PACTIS
Both awards are of particular relevance to us.
The recognition for the Deal of the Year highlights the value of effective international collaboration and the role our teams played in supporting a complex cross-border transaction.
The Tech Innovation Award reflects our longstanding commitment to Legal Tech and innovation.
At MLL Legal, we have been successfully utilising Legal Tech for many years to improve efficiency and quality. Through a combination of internally developed and external tools, we actively drive the digital transformation of our firm – fully aligned with our vision: “The Swiss Law Firm of the Future.”
