MLL Legal named Switzerland Firm of the Year at the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026
MLL Legal is proud to announce that it has been named Switzerland Firm of the Year at the Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2026, held on 25 June 2026 at The Biltmore Mayfair in London.
In addition to receiving the Switzerland Firm of the Year award, we were also proud to be shortlisted in the Pro Bono, Career Development Western Europe and Women in Business Law EU Firm categories.
We are equally proud that four of our colleagues were shortlisted for individual awards:

Now in their 16th year, the Women in Business Law Awards recognise leading law firms and legal practitioners that have demonstrated outstanding commitment to advancing women in the legal profession and fostering inclusive workplaces across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Organised by the Legal Benchmarking Group in partnership with The Lawyer, the awards are based on extensive independent research and recognise firms that combine professional excellence with meaningful initiatives supporting diversity, inclusion and the development of future leaders.
The 2026 EMEA awards ceremony took place on 25 June 2026 at The Biltmore Mayfair in London, bringing together leading law firms and legal professionals from across the region to celebrate achievement, progress and innovation within the legal industry.
