MLL Legal advises the Open Network Foundation
MLL Legal acts as counsel to The Open Network Foundation, the Swiss foundation whose purpose is to foster and develop the TON Ecosystem and TON Blockchain and to support the TON community.
TON is a decentralised layer-1 blockchain designed for scalability, high transaction throughput and secure application hosting.
MLL Legal advises on the Foundation’s day-to-day operations and governance, on questions relating to the regulatory classification of toncoin, on certain legal matters in connection with token grants, donations and investments, and on a strategic partnership with a leading payments provider relating to crypto-enabled payment solutions involving toncoin.
