Franziska Gall, LL.M.

Franziska Gall is an associate in our Zurich office and a member of the firm’s Banking & Finance and Regulatory/Fintech/DLT team. She assists banks, financial institutions, funds, insurance companies and other financial service providers.

Franziska Gall advises domestic and international clients in financial markets regulatory and civil law as well as general corporate matters. She represents clients in proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA), courts as well as other organizations and authorities.

Franziska Gall worked with MLL Legal as a junior associate in 2020/2021. Prior to rejoining the firm as an associate, she worked as a law clerk at the High Court of the Canton of Aargau.
