MLL Legal advises ADMETOS on the sale of ABC Dental AG, a full-service Swiss dental distributor
The transaction has successfully closed on 15 July 2024, following a tender procedure.
ABC Dental AG, established in 1998, operates in dental consumables and inventory, the design of dental practices, and technical servicing in Switzerland.
The strategic sale to Henry Schein, Inc., the world’s largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners, concludes a phase of operational and structuring initiatives at ABC Dental AG, including implementing a customer IT inventory solution, and sets the stage for future growth.
MLL Legal advised the seller on all legal matters related to the tender and sales process.
