MLL Legal advised Crest Rock Partners in its strategic growth investment in Pitcher AG
MLL Legal acted as lead counsel to Crest Rock Partners, a Denver-based private equity fund, on a transaction that led to a strategic growth investment in Pitcher AG, Zurich, a leading provider of sales enablement solutions for enterprise companies.
Crest Rock Partners’ investment will allow Pitcher AG to accelerate product innovation and extend its lead on the competition as a differentiated provider of sales and revenue enablement solutions globally.
MLL Legal advised Crest Rock Partners as lead counsel.
