MLL advised Lenze Group on the sale of its business unit “Mobile Drives” to Bucher Hydraulics AG
Lenze Group is a leading specialist for drive and automation solutions. The business unit “Mobile Drives” develops and produces power electronics for mobile applications, including inverters and converters for electrical auxiliary drives currently used in commercial vehicles and mobile work machines.
MLL advised Lenze Group on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction which was structured as an asset deal.
