MLL Legal advised Swisscom Ventures on Series B Financing Round in AMNIS Treasury Services AG
AMNIS Treasury Services AG (amnis), a company specialising in international banking solutions for SMEs, announced the closing of its CHF 10 million Series B financing round.
Over the past year, amnis has doubled its payment volume, driven by strong demand for its debit card and expense capturing features. This financing round with Swisscom Ventures as lead investor strengthens amnis’ position in existing markets while accelerating the expansion into new markets.
MLL Legal advised Swisscom Ventures on all legal aspects in connection with this transaction, covering legal and tax due diligence, document drafting and negotiation, as well as regulatory advice, including filings with the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) regarding an indirect qualified participation in AMNIS Europe AG, the FMA-supervised subsidiary of amnis.
